If you can't stop dreaming with the beach and the sea, spend some deserved days off in this cosy apartment located only 500 metres away from the beautiful beach of Gandía. It welcomes 2-4 guests and it features a great shared pool.
Is there anything better than reaching the beach in just 10 minutes walk when you really love the sea and the sun? The only thing you need is to grab your towel, a soft drink and some appetisers and head to the soft sand. When the evening comes after a long day swimming and sunbathing or playing paddleball, you can chill out at a beach bar or in the shared pool of the residential, why not?. This is a fantastic chlorine pool surrounded by 11 shared sun loungers and an exterior shower. It sizes 15 x 8 metres and the depth rangers from 1.6 to 2.1 metres.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building with elevator and it offers a great living-dining room with a TV set and a cosy furnished terrace. The spacious room leads to the renewed kitchen, perfectly equipped to cook as if you were at home, including a top induction. Here you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation as well as a double bed bedroom with a closet to rest comfortably. Our extra guests can rest on the single sofa bed and folding bed. A cot an a high chair will be available if you are travelling with your children.
The area of Playa de Gandía is perfet to enjoy the beach with its fine and golden sand and blue water but, among all, it is perfect thanks to the varied culture, leisure, nature and never-ending services offered. The long promenade is full of restaurants and cafes that invite to take a breather tasting our traditional dishes while admiring the sundown in a beach bar. Your can also practice water sports, make an excursion or visit the lovely town centre of Gandía.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
