Summary: Overall, we were disappointed with our stay here. The reception area is chaotic and has an overbearing security presence, which is disconcerting. The pool, which is the only reason we booked the hotel, feels like a total con, as it's a completely separate beach club business and guests are treated like second class citizens. It was very difficult to secure sun loungers due to pre-booking from paying customers outside the hotel. This should have been made clearer to us at the start. The room was spacious, but felt dated and the bed was comfortable though. The lift system was bizarre, and there aren't enough to service the hotel. the local mall is good for restaurants and any shopping you need. Decent beach is about a 20 minute walk away. Breakfast was good, nice setting. Bar cocktails were very good and good wine list and bartender.
