Welcome to Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, seaside town 40 minutes by car or train north of Barcelona. Discover a recently restored apartment, bathed in light thanks to the large glass windows that lead directly onto the very large balcony terrace totally equipped to take your meals but also enjoy the sunsets while sipping a good sangria. The living room includes a beautiful solid wood table, as well as a sofa and a Smart TV. The independent kitchen is very well equipped: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The night part is composed of 3 bedrooms. The first with a large double bed and a large wardrobe overlooks the terrace. The second has a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people and the third, a bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms with showers. The apartment is equipped with a Wifi connection. It is located on the 4th floor of the building without lift. -Minimum age for reservations is 30 years old-We ask you to respect the tranquility of our neighbors; the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit-Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the two-person Lift from the Main Entrance door-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, and subject to a fine of 50 to 250 Euros-Normal check-in time is from 14h00 to 20h00-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. After 20h00 there is a 30€ supplement for a late check in, after midnight 50€, after 01h00 it is 10€ more per additional hour. Supplements for Sunday and Bank Holiday check-in is 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, as available, is an extra 20€.
