Family apartment with terrace and pool, just steps from the beach. Located in the seaside town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, you are 30 minutes by car or train north of Barcelona. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. It is composed of a large and bright lounge / dining room. You will find a table that can accommodate 6 people, a large corner sofa and flat screen TV but also a fireplace. The living room gives directly onto the large terrace with direct views of the pool and community garden. The terrace is fully equipped with table to enjoy a good dinner after a day at the beach and two loungers. A large separate kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils, ... The night part consists of three bedrooms, all overlooking terrace and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed and has its own bathroom with bathtub. The second also has a large double bed. Finally the third is composed of a bed drawer that can accommodate two people. The second bathroom with shower is in the hallway. The apartment is equipped with an integrated air conditioning and central heating. Wifi Internet. Washer and dryer.-Minimum age for reservations is 25 years old-We ask you to respect the tranquility of our neighbors; the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit-Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the two-person Lift from the Main Entrance door-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, and subject to a fine of 50 to 250 Euros-Pets not allowed -Normal check-in time is from 14h00 to 20h00-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.After 20h00 there is a 30€ supplement for a late check in, after midnight 50€, after 01h00 it is 10€ more per additional hour. Supplements for Sunday and Bank Holiday check-in is 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, as available, is an extra 20€.
