Modern apartment with large communal pool and garden in the small village of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, 30 minutes north of Barcelona on the Costa Brava. The apartment consists of a bright living room / dining room directly overlooking the balcony / terrace with a breathtaking view of the village. Corner sofa, plasma TV screen, fireplace, dining table, everything is done to make you feel at home. After a nice day at the beach or at the pool, relax sipping a sangria while watching the sunset. Wanna cook your diner? The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, ... The night part is composed of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed and its en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second a trundle bed that converts into a double bed. Finally the last room with childish decoration, a bunk bed. In the corridor you will find a second bathroom with shower. The most of this apartment, the large pool located at the foot of the building but also its play area with ping pong table and basketball / paddle. The apartment is equipped with a Wifi Internet connection, it is fully air conditioned and has central heating and located on the third floor of the residence. -Minimum age for reservations is 25 years old-We ask you to respect the tranquility of our neighbors; the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit-Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the two-person Lift from the Main Entrance door-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, and subject to a fine of 50 to 250 Euros-Normal check-in time is from 14h00 to 20h00-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. After 20h00 there is a 30€ supplement for a late check in, after midnight 50€, after 01h00 it is 10€ more per additional hour. Supplements for Sunday and Bank Holiday check-in is 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, as available, is an extra 20€.
