Rosamar is a private urbanisation, situated on a beach in the middle of nature between Sant Feliu de Guixols (8km), an authentic fishing village in the heart of the Costa Brava, and Tossa de Mar (10km), also very close to Playa de Aro, a town with fun parks for the little ones, golf courses and a lively nightlife.
Rosamar is like a quiet island in the middle of all the summer hustle and bustle.... You really don't need a car in Rosamar, you can walk to the beaches, restaurants, etc....
The flat is on the second level of the house only 5 minutes walk to the beaches. Only the second floor of the house is rent. It has 200 m2 with great views, 2 terraces, lots of light and space, with completely separate access from the first floor.
