This is the perfect accommodation for a group of 6-8, seeking the authentic Provençal atmosphere, a quiet and beautiful location, and a short distance to both the sea and the mountains. The house is set on a 2000-m² large property in a steeply sloping, south-westbound terrain with a lovely view of the medieval city Seillans and the valley. The house has been refurbished, both in- and outdoors and includes a new kitchen and spacious en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor area with the large stone table under acacias and shady oak trees is the ideal spot to have lunch or dinner. The attached outdoor kitchen provides cold and hot water and includes a hob, a charcoal grill, a fridge, and a dishwasher. The sunny and spacious pool area is fitted with sun loungers and surrounded by shady olive trees. Outdoor shower, heated by the sun. The property features several outdoor areas. The village with its restaurants, shops, galleries, and other facilities is located within walking distance. The two-storey house is 200 m², partially air-conditioned and comes with central heating.

Additionally, there is a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a workspace, a colour printer, and a private exit. The terraced garden with various levels is 2000 m² in total. The outdoor kitchen with its large stone table (8 seats) is placed on the west side of the house, under large, shady trees. The sunny pool is located below and provides shady olive trees, which come in handy if you need to escape the sunshine for a little while. The pool comes with shallow and deep ends. Large sunshade and outdoor shower. In July and August, the average water temperature is around 26-28 degrees. A drying rack, a flowerbed, apricot and olive trees are located on the north side of the house. Here, you can enjoy a match of badminton, as well. Other trees and flowers include wisteria, hibiscus, oleander, lavender, agapanthus, bougainnvillea, syringe, pistachio, citrus trees, figs, and laurel. The property is surrounded by laurel trees, embracing a main and a garden gate, and excellent parking facilities.
