Charming and comfortable holiday house in a big garden on the Norman Alabaster Coast

This holiday house is situated in a quiet and green area between Dieppe and Saint Valéry en Caux at the Norman Alabaster Coast. The old "cart shed" was completely renovated and you will be fascinated by the spaciousness and the functionality of this charming and comfortable holiday house. The sliding windows with their so-called „brick partition“ which can be opened completely sliding into the wall and the habitable surface of 140 m² with the south facing wooden terrace are evidence of modern design.

The house has a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The wood stove with its rounded off window creates a warm and cosy atmosphere in the living room. A TV-set (TNTsat) and WLAN (hotspot) are available. The kitchen opening to the dining area has large windows opening towards the wooden terrace. It is equipped with a multifunctional oven, microwave, induction plate, fridge with three freezing compartments, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bedroom on the ground floor has a private bathroom with toilet and a double bed in 160x200 cm. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have two single beds each and open to a large landing room and the bathroom with toilet. Every bathroom has a hairdryer. A baby cod and a baby high chair are also available on demand. All charges are included. Bed linen and towels are provided. (2 towels for each person).

The garden has garden furniture, a barbecue and a table tennis table.
