Summary: The hotel needs re decorating, water leaks throught the building, lifts that have seen better days, generally run down. The food is really poor, didn't expect Michelin star but the food was not edible, we ended up eating out. The staff are really good, very helpful and always smiling, best part of the stay. Rooms are very basic but reasonably clean
