The residence boasts 2 terraces: The larger one features beautiful dark wooden floors, a dining area with table and chairs and comfortable lounge chairs, and is accessible from the fully equipped separate kitchen on the first floor. The smaller terrace on the third floor has a table for 2. In the sunny living room you will find an enormous corner couch and gorgeous framed patterns on the wall, along with a stylish eating area decorated with a large mirror, designer lanterns and abstract art on the wall. The spacious bedrooms come with comfortable beds and large closets, making this house great for a long-term stay as well. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, with views of the street or the courtyard. Situated just a few minutes from the Hostafrancs (L1) metro station and Plaza España, this house is very well connected to the rest of the city. Also nearby is Sants Station, in case you would like to take a day-trip to Costa Brava. In this area you will find several restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops, including the Las Arenas shopping center. Payment and cancellation policies: When you send the reservation request you will receive an invitation to pay the total amount of your booking that must be made within 3 days so that your reservation is not canceled. Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance will have a cost of 50% of the total reservation. While reservation canceled after 30 days are no-refundable. Cradle and child seats are free but must be ordered once the reservation is made Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 30€ per stay. There is an extra charge of 40€ for arrivals between 22:00 and 10:00. Keys collection will take place at the apartment.
