Summary: Phone couldn’t have up on the wall. Ac didn’t work not even the fan setting. The room was HOT. When I mentioned to staff I was told it’s winter time no ac. So we had to have the window open right next to the train station and a loud street. Never again! No hot water either. Was told “well that never happens” what a joke of a hotel. Also very active construction next door. No sleep for two days!
