Space
The Ibiza Barcelona style is divided into five floors, all connected by the main elevator and a glass and wrought iron staircase.
The main area is located on the 5th floor, a large kitchen separated from the pool by glass walls, a bathroom, and a spacious 250 m living room where you can find a spectacular dining table that comfortably seats up to 16 people. . all this connected to the pool and 2500 m2 of garden areas with a pond, waterfall, barbecue area, bar, and a chill out area with a round bed and unbeatable views.
On the 4th floor, there is then a magnificent master bedroom with an extra large king size bed (3x2m), and a glass enclosed g (Turkish bath), large rain shower and massage bed. The large glass doors allow a panoramic view of the sea, and some other windows that allow you to see the interior of the pool.
On the 3rd floor you can find a state-of-the-art gym, as well as an office area with a 5 meter long work
desk. There are also 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In the second you have a separate bedroom with its bathroom.
The laundry room is located on the 1st floor.
The 3rd and 4th floors are protected by maximum security measures.
