This house is surrounded by a 1-hectare farm, with a granary in front. It is a good enclave to access Picos de Europa and all the beaches of Llanes.
The house is 500 meters from Posada de Llanes and 9 kilometers from Llanes. It is the perfect place to enjoy nature, relax and, at the same time, be close to shops and services, with several supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, cider houses, a medical center and all the necessary services in the center of Posada.
It is a house that is 100 years old but has been completely remodeled, preserving its style and brand new.
It consists of a ground floor with a laundry,
perfectly equipped and new kitchen, new bathroom, living room and dining room, as well as an entrance hall distributor.
