La Lastra is a typical Cantabrian house built in stone and located in the center of the town of Pámanes but completely independent.
The 180m2 house consists of two floors. On the lower floor is the living room, dining room, a desk and reading area, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor we can find four bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom consists of two 120cm beds, a large round table, sideboard and closet with two balconies. The second bedroom is composed of a double bed, sideboard, armchair and closet. The third bedroom has two single beds of 90cm, wardrobe, armchair and balcony. The fourth bedroom has a Gondola bed convertible into a double and comfortable bed.
Outside there is a meadow where children can play or where to make an outdoor meal.
In the town of Pámanes you can visit the Elsedo Palace museum of contemporary art of painting and sculpture of the twentieth century. 4 km away is the town of Liérganes, recently called one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
5km away is the Solares Spa where you can enjoy. The Nature Park of Cabárceno is 10km away. At 18Km you will find the Somo Beaches one of the best areas of the peninsula for surfing or where you can simply enjoy a family beach day. At 14km there are the two golf courses of Pedreña and the same distance in Agüero is the Ramón Sota golf course.
