Positive: The location is good. Quiet and easy to access other parts of the city. The property is nice and the decoration is lovely. For the money, though, the actual comfort did not match the look. The cleaning person we met in person was very kind and helpful upon our entry. The rest of the communication was AI.

Negative: The sofa was so uncomfortable you could not sit on it (sofa bed but it is too hard to sit on). We asked for extra blankets as it was cold and were told by an AI response that this was not possible. The upstairs bed is very uncomfortable and the smell mentioned by other reviewers was lingering in the bathrooms. For the high price it would have been nice to be able to leave luggage rather than going to the lockers (which were easy to use) in a different location.
