We invite you to discover our charming ground floor house, where comfort and fun combine perfectly. The heart of the house is a spacious garden, designed especially for playing and relaxing, surrounded by a charming neighborhood and just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and another 5 minutes from the train that will take you directly to the center of Barcelona.
The garden is an open and safe space where the little ones in the family can run, jump and explore, while the adults enjoy quiet moments in the sun.
Located in a traditional and welcoming traditional Catalan neighborhood, our house offers the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Just a few steps from the bustle of the center of El Masnou, you will have access to a variety of restaurants, shops and the local market, where you can enjoy fresh and delicious products.
Upon entering our house through the garden, you will find the living room, a spacious and bright space that invites you to relax and enjoy time with your family. Directly next to it is the large kitchen with access to another backyard where there is a secluded place for breakfast in the sun. The entire ground floor offers an open configuration that allows easy circulation and connection between the living, dining and kitchen areas. The 2 double rooms, spacious and designed with comfort and rest in mind, will provide you with quiet and restful nights after days full of adventures. And being a ground floor, once you arrive at the house there is no need to worry about stairs to facilitate accessibility.
