Our luxury villa 'Casa Encantada' is located in one of the best urbanizations, SAN JAIME in MORAIRA, with an INFO office, street lighting, post office delivery (for overwinterers). The location is very quiet and private, but also central to all amenities (Commercial Pepe la Sal + supermarket, bank, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc.), several beaches in close proximity to a beach. The village Moraira is about 3 km away and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The flair of the south spreads - small bistros, tapas-bars, tradizonelle + elegant restaurants, fine shops for shopping and one of the most beautiful marina on the Costa Blanca, this invites you to dream. In the 2. Pavilon offers a chill out in Caribic flair and provides shade for the reading lesson. For the car there is a large, internal double garage with electric gate.
