Casa Albero, constructed in 2015, is a luxury 3 bedroom house with all modern amenities on hand to make a fabulous family holiday. All bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms or wet rooms in colours teamed with the bedrooms. The magnificent lounge overlooks the heated swimming pool (8M X 4M)and the mountains, as does the dining room adjoined by a stunning modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is kitted out with NEFF appliances Hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, integrated coffee machine plus an American Fridge Freezer with ice and water on tap. All designed to add the WOW factor to your holiday. In the lower floor is the Art Deco style Professional Home Cinema Room with an extensive library of movies and a games room with genuine pinball machine, Rock Ola jukebox and snooker table. The Games room is set up as an American Diner with bar, table, sofa (can be made up as a double bed). Also there is a fourth luxury shower room and WC and a handy utility room fitted with washing machine, dryer and sink. The property has air conditioning or heating to all rooms operated by an energy saving Heat/Cooling Pump. For wintertime, there is solar powered underfloor heating and a wood burning stove to the lounge. The lounge has seating for 6, a large TV with access to most UK channels (IPTV), a DVD/Blu Ray player, HIFI and SONOS sound system which feeds the dining room, terrace and a portable speaker for inside or outside. There is an additional TV and DVD player in the twin bedded bedroom for the kids wanting to watch their own programmes. Externally there is an extensive terrace for sun bathing or just relaxing by the swimming pool. There are two shaded soft seating areas one set in the garden and the other on the terrace. Ideal for relaxing whilst reading a book with a glass of wine. Also there is dining table for those alfresco meals, and chatting at the end of the day, watching the sun go down. Then there is a large portable Weber Kettle BBQ which can be wheeled into action for the BBQ dad's who wish to make a contribution to the cooking!
