This beautiful villa has a large garden facing the sea with a modern swimming pool from where you can contemplate the beautiful sunrises and watch the boats coming in and out of the beautiful and quiet port of Javea.
We enter the main floor through the entrance hall that gives us access to a large living-dining room with large windows from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the port of Javea. It also has a very large kitchen with incredible views from where you can go out to the terrace and enjoy the pleasures that the Costa Blanca has to offer. On the same floor there is a toilet and a laundry room.
Going down the stairs we reach the sleeping area of the property. Here there are four large bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool area.
The villa has a closed garage with three automatic doors and space for 4 cars. There is also parking space for another two cars at the entrance of the villa.
