Positive: Great value for money. Friendly town and impressive location with beautiful surroundings. The house was spacious and well-equipped with all the facilities you might need.

Negative: The check-in and check-out process could be improved. 1. We missed an early morning message asking for our arrival time and we arrived at 16h (within the 15–18h check-in window). Calls and messages went unanswered, and we waited an hour in the street before the hosts arrived to open the door. Then there were no towels or bed linens and had to wait for another hour to collect them. 2. We planned to check out at the time limit of 12h, but the hosts pressured us to leave earlier because other guests were arriving at that time?

Summary: A great house in a beautiful town, but hosting arrangements need more flexibility and reliability
