Positive: Beach is awesome - the best you can expect from a Spanish beach. Good for swimming for kids and adults and for many watersports except for snorkeling and diving. Apartment was roomy and clean, stunning view from the balcony, beds were comfortable, bed linen was clean, TV has HDMI input, which come very handy for Chromecast or alike, WiFi is fast enough when it actually works. Location is superb: not in the noisy and crowded centre, bit still right on the first line, with stunning sea view, access to the beach at your door steps, good grocery store ij front of your door and an OK-ish restaurant at the next building.

Negative: Oldish building with creepy elevators, a few cracks in the walls and ceilings and birds living and dying inside of your window's blinds. Lack of privacy at the balcony - you'll be literally aquainted with hordes of neighbours, would smell and even see, what they have for breakfast and dinner and be bothered by yells of their kids from the early morning till the late evening. Apartmwnt itself isn't child-safe: there's no railings or netting preventing your kids from falling off the balcony, plenty of glass and appliances on shelves and in cupboards. Almost all the kitchen cupboards aren't usable, because they're stuffed with outdated appliances, cuttlery and dishes. I'd say, 1/3 of it would have sufficed. WiFi router works fine, but stops broadcasting WiFi signal once or twice a day and needs to be reset and re-configured again and again. I'd imagine for someone less techie it'll be just not usable and he'd end up using a very slow common wifi belonging to the building. All the doors in the apartment are old, they make noise when being opened and are not providing any degree of sound proofing. Locks in the whole building are from the beginning of 20th century and you need to carry 5 keys on you to operate around the house. There's no air conditioner and even no fans. Swimming pool is good enough and even gets cleaned several times a week, but it has no sun beds and at high season there are a bit too many people around the pool and it starts feeling a bit overcrowded. On my last day there I've seen a kid puking into the swimming pool and I don't know, how long the water wasn't changed afterwards... Kids' bedroom overlooks the restaurant and it's getting quite noisy at times. Hosts are communicating fast and nicely and even accommodated my wish to check in earlier, but only until you've paid and collected the keys. After that they stop responding to your messages.

Summary: Good for a couple on a budget with a few older kids
