It is in a very quiet environment for a relaxing holiday and has parking, swimming pool, garden and has wonderful views of Cala Maset and the Bay of S Agaró.
This spectacular accommodation has 200 m2 of living space and more than 30 m2 of swimming pool.
The house is of contemporary stone construction and has been subsequently renovated, made with good quality materials and has abundant accessories that will allow you to enjoy an enviable and very charming holiday.
When you arrive at your destination, you can leave your cars in the property's parking area and enter the house on foot through the garden.
When you enter the house, you immediately notice the class of this construction, with generous and well-defined spaces.
We pass the hall and enter a large living room with exterior openings to the garden and the swimming pool with spectacular views of the Bay of Sant Pol. From this room we have access to the kitchen, the chill-out terrace and the outdoor dining terrace. From these outdoor spaces where we find the barbecue, the garden and the swimming pool we can also enjoy the aforementioned views.
From the hall at the entrance we also have access to the 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds) and the two bathrooms.
