Small residential with nice communal pool (almost always there is no one or you can enjoy it) well-kept gardens located in a privileged environment, near the beach (650 meters), Parque de la Paloma, center, restaurants, tennis club, Mercadona supermarket, British products store, shops. The best: the situation, tranquility and comfort. You do not need the car, you can walk to the beach along an avenue of Las Palmeras where you can find a wide range of restaurants and bars.
