This house is located in an exceptional environment between Narbonne and Perpignan, on the heights of the village of La Palme. From a promontory with panoramic views of the lake of La Palme and the sea, the garden of 1.5 hectares protects the house from noise and looks. Privacy and calmness are here perfect.
We are in the Regional Park of Narbonne, next to the lake, frequented by migratory birds, windsurfers and kytesurfers. It is a good place for hikers and bikers never disappointed by the beauty of the cliffs. The hills throw themselves languorously to the sea on the long quiet beach of La Palme located 5 km. The most lively sea side resorts such as Leucate and Port la Nouvelle are only a few kilometers. The charming village of La Palme is well-stocked, nicely shaded to encourage summer walks and is home to some beautiful caves.
Culture is also well presented with the opportunity to discover Narbonne, the first Gallo-Roman city outside Italy ; the castle of Salses, solid testimony of the Spanish heritage ; the caves of Tautavel ; the medieval citadel of Carcassonne ... and so other historical sights as well Perpignan and its center rich in monuments.
