Spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace located in a pleasant family residence with swimming pools and playgrounds, very close to the beach and the center of La Pineda.

The apartment is distributed in two double bedrooms each with a built-in wardrobe, the main bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, and the second bedroom with two single beds, between the rooms is the complete bathroom with shower and on the other side of the hallway is the independent kitchen fully equipped with appliances such as oven, large fridge, freezer, etc. At the end of the corridor and separated by a door is the bright living-dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining set and a large window that gives access to the large covered and furnished terrace for meals or moments of relaxation with views of the swimming pools, the playground and the green areas of the residence.
To complete the comfort, this rental includes Wi-Fi connection, satellite to watch international channels, bedding and shower towels and a parking spot in the underground parking inside the residence. As an optional service, air conditioning (or heating depending on the season) with thermostat is offered through integrated ducts throughout the accommodation, the rate is 1 euro / kw consumed, to be paid at the end of the stay after checking the units consumed.
