With a design according to the nature of Formentera and a touch of elegance and luxury make it an ideal holiday home for families and small groups of friends who are looking for disconnection and tranquility.
The house is two minutes by car from the town of Pilar de la Mola, overlooking the lighthouse of La Mola and in a completely rural environment.
The nearest beaches are 15 minutes away by car, such as Escupinar Beach and Arenales Beach. Another of the nearest towns is Es Calo.
The interior of the house has three bedrooms (two of them with double bed of 150 cm, and the third with three single beds), two bathrooms and living room (with two sofa beds) kitchen-dining room in a single space that is opens to a spectacular terrace where the pool with all its facilities. All rooms have air conditioning.
