Los Miradores is a new residential project, located opposite the marina Tomas Maestre, by the canal that connects the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. We have a lovely apartment in this complex which has a good and high standard, Inside the unit there are 2 large communal pool, lovely sun area and tennis court for the whole family.
We have a beautiful and modern penthouse apartment on the 7 floor with 90 m² living area and a large roof terrace which has sun all day. The roof terrace has a nice view of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, and is equipped with everything you need, large sofa, chairs, dining table, barbecue and much more. All rooms in the apartment have air conditioning, and one of the rooms has its own bathroom, and there are a total of two bathrooms in the apartment. There is a sofa bed in the living room, with space for two extra people, and the possibility of an extra bed or cot for a small extra cost. The apartment also has 3 balconies one with access from the living room. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including dishwasher, internet and satellite TV etc ...
Only 50 meters from the new SPA Hotel Abity, the five star hotel with several restaurants and a great SPA department, which is also open to guests from outside. There are also several restaurants, shop and bakery in the area, only 100 to 300 meters from the apartment. To the beaches on the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor is about. 200 to 400 meters and the marina Tomas Maestre is about. 1.5 km, where you have a larger selection of restaurants and bars, as well as our cooperation partner has an office just before the entrance to the marina.
