Positive: My experience at this hotel was very positive. It's located in a beautiful part of the city, away from the tourist chaos but still close to everything. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was very good and clean; I would have preferred a shower instead of a tub, but that's just a personal preference. The staff was always available and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Negative: The window in my room didn't open all the way for safety reasons, but as a result, very little light came in. I also don't think the rooms are soundproofed, as I could often hear the voices and noises from the neighbors.
