The house of 180m2 is in a quiet area of Sant Cebrià de Vallalta only 3km from the beach, 7km from Calella and 50km from the center of Barcelona. It is distributed on one floor with sea views from the terrace and has a large outdoor area with a salt water private pool, barbecue and ping pong table, as well as a small playground. The four bedrooms have three double beds and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with washing machine, Italian and electric coffee machine, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the property, sheets and towels included and parking area outside. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 28 years are not allowed.
