This is a space called "ArtAticTherapy8" I live alone as an Artist and I am there most of the time, I rent a room with a private bathroom, short stays, work, vacations, TECNOCAMPUS MATARÓ, visitors are not allowed. It is a space of PEACE and I am looking for a person of peace, student, artist, professor, executive, or serious executive. 30 km from Barcelona and 30 minutes by train, the station is 3 minutes walk from the house, located on the seafront and next to the PORT OF MATARÓ and the city center. A photocopy of the DNI is requested. It's only for one person. Payment is made on the day of entry to the room and the arrival is specified with the HOST, with appropriate times for both of us. I like to see the person's photo in the profile, and if not, be able to make a video call for more information. THANK YOU.
This is a great double and quiet room for a single guest, student, teacher, professional, people who come for ERASMUS or STUDIES in TECNOCAMPUS of Mataró as it is next door. Visits are not allowed.
