Room located in the Navas neighborhood, two minutes from the metro station, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, a gym, and other shops in the surrounding streets. There is a bike station in front of the hotel, and bus stops are nearby. This room is two kilometers from the Sagrada Familia. This room has a fan. Breakfast is not provided. The bathroom is shared, and no rooms have a private bathroom. A small hairdryer is provided. The washing machine is not permitted. For short stays, a space in the refrigerator is provided. The kitchen can be used for quick cooking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Guests must take out their own trash, as trash removal service is not included. Upon departure, a check of the items and belongings in the room and house will be performed. In case of damage or deterioration, we will be forced to charge a penalty. It goes without saying that we must be clean, polite, and careful with the house that receives us.and not damage or impair any household belongings.
