Summary: We had so many issues trying to pay the cash taxes. We asked the girl to come pick up the cash at 5ish when we checked in and she showed up at past 9pm, everyone was in bed (since we had a very early flight that day), the next day she came to pick up the money and didn't bring any type of receipt, she then asked me to walk to a partner hostel. I go to the hostel, they tell me that they don't have change, and they were not aware that I was going to pay and that it wasnt needed to go there, this could have been done via email this whole time. I go back to the lady, she says she no longer has change because she went to buy breakfast ;| Anyway, it took like three days to coordinate, I finally gave her the money and the receipt came like 6 hrs. later via email.
