The house is distributed between the first and second floors.
FIRST FLOOR
From the street, we have access to the house and also to the private GARAGE for a medium-sized car. At the entrance, we find a well-decorated hall, which connects to a wide corridor with two desks to put your laptop on if you need to work. Continuing, we find BEDROOM 1, with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The large, open, and fully equipped KITCHEN is connected to the living room. The LIVING ROOM has modern design sofas, tables and chairs, TV, and air conditioning. The living room is connected to a nice patio with plants and flowers, a dining area with a table and chairs, an umbrella, and a barbecue BBQ. Also, a comfortable lounger to relax and sunbathe or read a good book.
SECOND FLOOR
We can access the second floor by an original staircase, typical of the village houses when Vilasar was a small fishing village. This floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the side facing the sea, we have BEDROOM 2, with a double bed, which has air conditioning. In the corridor, we find a BATHROOM with a bathtub. If we continue along the corridor, we find BEDROOM 3, with two single beds, and BEDROOM 4, also with two single beds and a nice balcony overlooking the street. All the bedrooms have built-in closets.
This house, by the type of construction and its distribution, is very cool in summer.

THE TERRACES
Terraces are private, but it is necessary to respect the rest of our neighbours.
- It is not allowed to talk loudly, or music, or other noisy activities, from 21h until 9h.

HOUSE RULES
-It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
- Therental contract for the property for the tourist season will be accepted upon reservation andsigned before the closing ceremony.
-Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorisation with a credit card.
- All persons making the reservation mustidentify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
- During your stay,minors must always be supervised by an adult; they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- It is also necessary toremove the garbage periodically to avoid odours and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
- Between all of us, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
-Host or invite more peoplethan those registered on the reservation form.
- Performnoisy activities(music, loud conversations...)from 21:00 and before 09:00in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
- Organiseevents, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
-Use bath towels for the beach or pool.The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.
-Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house;if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using household power
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed

We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. The properties are in very quiet urbanisations, and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches to play soccer and volleyball, with calm waters and golden sand! A few km from the house there are horse riding activities, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally recognized Outlet Mall "La Roca Village".
Vilassar de Mar is a coastal town, very quiet and familiar a few kilometers from Barcelona.
In the village, there are several restaurants renowned for their typical cuisine and fresh fish.
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling, sailing...

Different services and lines connect Vilassar de Mar with the surroundings and Barcelona.
- Cab: There is a local cab service.

- Bus: Day and night services.
Connections with the train station, other towns in the Maresme area, and the city of Barcelona.
- Train: The house is located between the two stations in the village.
The train stations are called VILASSAR DE MAR and CABRERA DE MAR-VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route to Plaça Catalunya takes between 25 and 30 minutes.
BARCELONAThe city is about 30 minutes away by car.
