THE ACCOMMODATION
Mediterranean style rustic house for only 6 people, situated near Sitges (12 min drive) with magnificent open views. From the front, from the balcony-terrace, there are incredible sunsets with unobstructed views. To the rear of the villa there is a chill out lawn area for sunbathing or exercise, and a magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool with a depth of up to 1.95m. There is an outside patio with a wooden table and awning for al fresco dining. There is a lot of tranquillity in the area and waking up to the sound of birdsong is a feature of the house.
The upper floor of the house is for rent, which is where the whole house and the lawn and pool area are located. The ground floor, which is where the garage and the maintenance and laundry area are located, is not for rent.
The Villa consists of 3 double rooms with 1 bed of 150mx2m and 2 beds of 135x190m, one in each room (It is not possible to accommodate more than 6 people). In the room you will find, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bed linen and a bath towel are included for each guest. The house is located in the hills and is an area where it is windy and cool. It is an unbeatable location as there is no need for air-conditioning. The Villa is very close to the main road to SItges/ Barcelona or Tarragona. Bed linen and 1 towel is provided for each guest. There is a bathroom and toilet with hairdryer and soap. Large kitchen with microwave, kettle, oven, toaster and "dolce gusto" capsule coffee machine, and all the kitchen utensils you may need.
LOCATION:
As indicated above, the house is located 12 minutes drive from Sitges ( Avenida Sofia), where there are supermarkets, nice clothes boutiques, bars, cafes, entertainment and everything you need. Sitges is an emblematic place for its fiestas and its people. The nearest beach is Sitges.
We appreciate the tranquility and the pleasant stay of our guests. The area is quiet and not suitable for parties and loud music. It is ideal for families. It is not possible to invite more people than those initially indicated in the registration.
As you can see, we offer a private villa and the pool is only for the guests, it is not shared.
