The bedrooms are supplied with high quality mattresses and pillows for a relaxing sleep. Both elevator and stairs are available to access the apartment.
One bedroom is set up as a double one and another as a twin - however we can set the second one as double too upon request (we use mattress connectors to ensure that there are no gaps between the beds). Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer available for the guests' use. There is also a private parking spot (EUR20.00 daily rate).
The apartment is rented exclusively for the guest's use.
We will check you in personally and explain around the apartment, answer any questions you might have. After the check-in the apartment is yours for the duration of your stay! Of course we will still be available 24/7 for any questions you might have, any help you might need.
The type of people who live in the Diagonal Mar area are generally upper and middle class. Many of the homes in the zone are spacious and luxurious with stunning views over the mediterranean and the local park. It's a neighbourhood that's right beside its very own beach and is well-connected via public transport with the city centre. People are attracted by its wide streets, Llevant beach, Bogatell beach (relatively calm compared to the beaches of the city centre), and Diagonal Mar Park. The Shopping Centre Diagonal Mar is the largest in Barcelona and 10th in Spain. It is a unique space where you will find everything, from "day to day" products to the latest in fashion and design (Zara, H&M, Miss Sixty, and Desigual). There are plenty of places to eat at and you can catch the latest films at the cinema. All of it right beside the sea! Most of the shopping centre is closed on Sundays, but the restaurants and entertainment areas are open every day.
TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of 6.88 € per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights. Please note that, as per the new regulations effective May 1st, 2025, the tourist tax has increased to €9.35 per adult (over 17 years old), per night, for a maximum ofsevennights.

For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€
EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).
LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us and we will let you know if it's possible.
PETS: Your pet is welcome, we will collect a 150€ security deposit at the time of check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment and a 50€ for extra cleaning.
