Positive: The location. However, be aware there are several bars & restaurants on this street & can be quite noisy on weekends, especially.

Negative: The apartment is on the 4th floor (by US standards, 3rd floor by European standards as Europe starts with 0 for ground floor). There are almost 60 steps up a narrow stairwell & no elevator.

Summary: We enjoyed looking out from the narrow balcony onto the street below.
