This is a delightful Mallorcan finca lovingly built and furnished with great taste and comfort in mind by its proud owners. Located in southeast Mallorca, this beautiful stone house offers peace and quiet and all the facilities required for an unforgettable, Mediterranean holiday.
Local towns such as Santanyi, with its bijou shops, restaurants and weekly farmer's market, and nearby Cas Concos, are just a short drive away whilst the beaches of Es Trenc (clothing optional!) and Cala Mondrago are just a little further.
The air-conditioned bedrooms are all ensuite and furnished with comfort and style. King of Cotton linen is provided, and each bathroom has a selection of Molton Brown soaps and shower gels. There is a large lounge diner with patio doors to a lovely terrace and a modern fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a memorable, self-catering holiday. The downstairs ensuite bedroom has facilities for disabled guests.
Outside, the large swimming pool offers cool respite from the heat of the day and comes complete with a removeable solar cover to protect it from falling leaves and any seasonal chill in the evenings. The saltwater pool is surrounded by sun terraces where there are sun loungers for guests to soak up the rays! Ample lawns surround the swimming pool area which is overlooked only by a purpose built and well-equipped barbecue house. Leading off from the lounge there is a cool, bamboo shaded terrace, ideal for alfresco meals or simply relaxing with a drink and a good book.
Other welcome and thoughtful additions include thick mattresses on all sun loungers, Wi-Fi in all areas, Internet TV and softened water. The swimming pool has an optional safety fence available pre request and at an extra charge.
