This amazing estate in Santa Maria del Camí from the fifteenth century can comfortable accommodate 18 people. Formerly a wine-growing estate, the first historical record of this charming house is dating back to the fifteenth century. Surrounded by vineyards, it features extensive outdoor areas, several terraces, a furnished porch, a well-kept garden, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a 16 x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.30 m to 2.50 m. Divided into two buildings, there is a main house and an independent annex; all in all 650 m2 living space. The main house offers three double bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, a charming sitting room with subtle lightning, which is perfect for reading and an ample dining room. The most distinguishing detail of the interiors is the ancient olive mill, which harmonizes perfectly with the stone-lined walls. There is an annexed building, where you will find two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms. To access the annex, you have to leave the main house. All bedrooms, in the main house as well as in the annex, are equipped with satellite-TV and bathroom en-suite. Furthermore, there is a laundry with washer, iron, ironing board and tumble dryer. Regarding the independent house, it features two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a nice sitting-dining area with TV and a kitchen with basic equipment. In total, we can prepare four cots and four high chairs. This wonderful estate is fully air conditioned and has central heating for the winter. Santa Maria del Camí is located in the centre-west of Mallorca, close to the Tramuntana mountains. The town offers all necessary amenities for your stay; supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, etc., and on Sunday you can visit the local market. The Serra de Tramuntana is nice for hiking, cycling and for panoramic tours by car. The villages Sóller, Valldemossa, Fornalutx and Deià nestle in the midst of the mountains and the gravel bays Port del Canonge, Llucalcari and Sa Calobra surprise with crystal clear waters.
