Positive: Nice neighbourhood. Great terrasses. Nice outdoor spaces.

Negative: The electric system is old and not practical. Only two plugs in the kitchen so basically you choose the kettle, the toaster, the microwave or the coffee machine. Preparing breakfast requires adaptability. Not enough hot water for 5 people. Upstairs bathroom is far too small.

Summary: A very nice-looking house that needs and deserves renovating.
