5BLA53 - Rue Louis BLANC - Charming typical fishermen's house in the heart of Port-Vendres, equipped for 5-6 people on two levels with terrace + summer kitchen + barbecue. This one is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen equipped with its dining room, a new sofa bed 140 cm, a separate toilet with a washing machine on the first floor.
On the second floor, you will find a master bedroom with plenty of storage space and a new 160 cm bed with very good bedding, the second bedroom is composed of a quality sofa bed with very good bedding in 140 cm also new, a bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor (access by a small and rather steep staircase like a boat), a third bedroom with 2 single beds placed in a sofa but possibility to make separate bed this room or living room according to the desires giving access to the terrace, its summer kitchen and its barbecue. This house has two accesses, either by the classic entrance door on rue Louis BLANC or by the terrace on boulevard BELLEVUE, very practical if some wish to rest while others enjoy the outside of the house and the city. An access is also possible directly on the side of the house to reach the terrace from the street Louis BLANC. The two staircases of the house are equipped with childproof barriers.
The undeniable advantage of this house is that everything can be done on foot. The docks and the market are 200m away, the beach is 15 minutes away by foot.
