This spacious enclosed villa enjoys a peaceful location and offers good access to the pretty white washed village of Torrox as well as impressive views across village down to the coastline. It is approached by an uphill windy concrete track to enjoy unbeatable views and make the most of the peaceful setting. Well furnished throughout, the lounge leads out to a large terrace with a large iron BBQ and seating, an ideal place to relax, dine al fresco and enjoy the far reaching and breathtaking views of the Andalucian countryside and coastline. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with an ensuite W.C and washbasin, a twin bedroom and a separate full bathroom. There is also an open plan lounge with satellite TV, dining area and a kitchen area complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. A large sun terrace, equipped with patio furniture, sits on the lower level and surrounds the private pool. The village centre can be reached within a ten minute drive, while other local resorts such as Frigiliana and Nerja can also be reached within a twenty minute drive.
