Beautiful open plan Villa, in Sao Martinho located in a very quite neighbourhood surrounded by woods and beautiful views of a valley. Approximately 1 km to beach front with shops, bars and restaurants.
Our villa is modern, bright, spacious within easy reach of a beautiful beach. There are 4 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with its own shower room downstairs, suitable for wheelchairs. Upstairs has another double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room and an outside seating area. The third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds and their own en-suite. Downstairs has an open plan living room and dining area which leads through to a large kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room area leads to a new extension with a snooker table and a seating area. The villa has its own private pool, with loungers and a secure enclosed garden. There is also a BBQ area near the pool.
