The villa overlooks a pine forest, which is perfect for family walks, and in the enclosed grounds there are large terraces surrounding the property, a separate barbecue area, children's play area, trampoline and table tennis.
The private swimming pool is located at the front of the property and is finished in modern concrete with a large concrete terrace and outdoor shower.
The actual house is split over 2 floors:
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a large corner sofa, sitting area and TV with access to a shaded terrace at the rear of the property. There is also an open plan kitchen and dining area leading onto a large terrace at the front of the property with a further dining area overlooking the pool. There is also a downstairs toilet.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool and forest.
There is private parking for at least 2 cars and we recommend having a car to explore the area full of historic sites.
The property is a 5-10 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Playa Llarga and La Mora with their many amenities. The historic Roman city of Tarragona, whose famous ruins have been designated a unesco World Heritage Site, is less than 10 minutes away by car. The Port Aventura theme park, with its new Ferrari land and water parks, is just a short drive away.
Very close to the property is the Costa Dorada Golf Club, which hosted the Mediterranean Games in The club also has an 18-hole Pitch & Putt course perfect for beginners and children. There are clay tennis courts and paddle courts. The club benefits from a picturesque Clubhouse with a good restaurant, cafeteria, bar and spacious terrace perfect for lunch/tapas or drinks/dinner in the evening.
