Villa Margalida is a modern 3 bedroom property located in one of the most beautiful resorts in Mallorca, El Cielo de Bonaire. The villa was built in 2012, with a contemporary, stylish decor throughout, a chic outdoor seating area and a private pool surrounded by a nice green garden. Set in the Bonaire Resort, you will be at a 5 minute drive from the nicest beaches in the area and lots of restaurants in Port d’Alcudia. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.
Set o a raised shaded terrace is a private pool and outdoor lounge area, with 6 sun loungers and comfortable rattan furniture. This terrace is surrounded by a lawn area where you can enjoy a relaxing sunbath.
The entrance to the property is through a gate onto the front terrace and gravel garden, with 4 steps up to the front door. There is plenty of on road parking available.
The lounge is decorated in shades of black and white and furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv and coffee table. A large sliding crystal door connects the space with the pool and chill area.
Another sliding door opens onto the front of the villa.
A few steps down next to the living area, a modern kitchen with glossy grey worktops, white cabinets and all the amenities you require to prepare your meals. The kitchen is also connected to the terrace though a crystal door. Very handy if you want to eat outside.
All bedrooms are very comfortable and well decorated with modern furnishings. On the first floor there is a single bedroom with a set of patio doors which connect it to a spacious terrace overlooking the spectacular views. In the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom. Both have access to a shared terrace to the side of the villa. On the same floor there is also a shared bathroom.
