The Villa consists of a spacious living room, with a 42 "TV with satellite, 3 double bedrooms with timed air conditioning (2 bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) , and in the upper part we find a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a viewing terrace, 2 complete bathrooms (both with bathtub), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, combi fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
Outside we find a large barbecue area with breakfast bar and outdoor refrigerator, chill-out area and outdoor table with spectacular views of the sea and Nerja, a private fenced pool, 6 hammocks, and 1 private parking space on the property. Maximum capacity 8 people.
The pool has a barrier to prevent children from entering the pool without approval. From the terrace you can see stunning views of Nerja, the coast and mountains. The house is located about 15 minutes from Torrox Pueblo and about 15 minutes from Nerja by car. The access is suitable for any vehicle and only has a dirt track for about 100 meters, the rest of the road is concreted or paved.
