Deposit: upon arrival at check-in, a €800 cash damage deposit will be charged. there will be a refund of the damage deposit within the next 7-14 days after check out through bank transfer, tourist tax: at check-in you must pay 1 euro per day and per person in cash for the tourist tax and you will be asked to show the passport of each of the people who are in the reservation, people: maximum allowed 6 people. it is prohibited to invite or introduce people who were not accounted for when making the reservation. extra person is charged €60 per person per day in cash at check-in. we appreciate you checking any changes, the person making the reservation must be 25 years or older. this person must be present during the stay, check in from 4 to 8 p.m. from 8pm to 10pm it is €30. and after 10 p.m. there is an additional €50 to pay in cash at check-in, check out from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. please note that for a late check out starting from 1 hour will be €60 and needs to be requested to the village, towels: a pool towel can be requested upon arrival at no additional cost. towels cannot be taken out of the house to use on the beach. at check-in, a bath towel and another small towel are offered free of charge for each guest. they are changed every 4-5 days. the extra towel is €5. if towels are missing at check out, €20 per pool towel and €10 per bath towel will be deducted, laundry: the house offers the service of washing clothes at an additional cost. it is €5 per washing machine and depending on the volume of clothes, two washing machines will be charged. request this service upon arrival, purchases: we have the service of making purchases at an additional cost for clients if they wish. the cost is €30 per hour. check conditions upon arrival, departure: we have a service to take clients to the airport at the end of the instance. we do not do airport pick-ups. the cost of the trip to the airport is €50 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (day). from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (at night) it is €60 and is paid before the trip, cleaning: there is a free 1-hour service every 3 days to clean the common rooms inside the house. (rooms are not entered). request it upon arrival, extra cleaning hour: €25, maintenance of facilities and pool, the house requires gardening and pool maintenance. the pool will be left clean for the enjoyment of clients. maintenance is attempted when guests are not in the facilities, we preserve the privacy of customers. the pool requires thorough cleaning and there will be hours that the robot will be working, keys: we provide a set of 3 keys. if they are lost or not returned, a change of locks will be charged. the keys must be returned and left on the table at check out, leisure: we have recommendations for leisure activities and restaurants in the area available to clients if they wish. ask upon arrival or at any time via whatsapp, garbage: guests must throw all garbage into the containers on the street corners outside the house. if at the end of the stay there are bags of garbage to throw away, €50 will be charged for this service. if the client leaves dishes to be washed, €50 will be charged for the kitchen utensil cleaning service.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, managed by a private host
