Villa Style is a luxury private villa for exclusive holidays in Barcelona, with maximum privacy and incredible views of the sea, just 15 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 5 minutes from the nearest beach.
Equipped with the latest technology available (GIRA), remote control of lights, blinds, central heating and air conditioning among many others. The Villa is located in a private gated residence community with a 24 hour security company.
Villa Style is divided over 6 floors, all connected by the main elevator and glass staircase. The fifth floor features a spacious open-plan living room with large windows, making the most of the natural light all day and the incredible sea, garden, pool or pond views. The living room is furnished with a custom made one piece steel table without central legs and a large Arabic style sofa from Roche Bobois. The huge 87” television is embedded in the wall and imitates a bank's safe deposit box.
The 5th floor also contains the kitchen and pantry with stainless steel countertops and American double fridge. The kitchen has a large window facing the swimming pool. All this connected to the swimming pool and 2500 m2 of garden areas with pond, waterfall, grill area, bar, outside jacuzzi, Finnish Sauna and a chill out area with a round bed and spectacular views.
On the 4th floor, there is a magnificent 250 sqm master bedroom. While on the 3rd floor you can find a state of the art gymnasium, as well as an office area with a 5 metre long work desk, and 4 of the guest rooms. On the 2nd floor, you will find an independent bedroom with bathroom.
On the 1st floor is the laundry room, while floor zero features an arcade games room with: Football Table, Billiard Table, Arcade Machine (35.000 games), Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, Electronic Darts and Pinball Machine. There is also a garage for 2 cars and an electric charger on this floor.
The house is surrounded by the Parc de la Serralada de Marina and has impressive views of the sea that will add value to your stay, whether for a business trip or for vacation rental. The house can also be rented for filming and shootings.
