AT050 Xiprer: Cosy terraced house with a lovely common area, which has two pools (one for adults and the other one for children), located in the 'Els Munts' residential, in Torredembarra. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen (with a window that connects to the dining room), bathroom with shower and dining room with direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture and barbecue. This terrace also gives direct access to the communal area. On the first floor are three bedrooms (two of them with a double bed and the other with a single bed) and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor we access another room with a single bed and a trundle bed and a terrace from where you can see a little sea. There is air conditioning unit in the master bedroom.
