The property is located in the exclusive urbanization of Santo Tomás, just 5 minutes’ walk from the sea and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The property consists on the main house with 7 bedrooms.
On the ground floor we find the dining room, a living room with fireplace, the breakfast-dining kitchen, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry room. On the upper floor there are two single bedrooms and one bedroom with two build-in beds, a shower room and a toilet.
The spacious house is south facing with several large terraces, some covered and some open, with views to the sea. The pool is very large, measuring approx. 14x6 m, ideal for length swimming, and a pool side shower. It is a lovely property next to the beautiful and exclusive beach of Santo Tomás.
