The 7x3 meter pool, with a depth of 1.50 meters, is private and has a large relaxation area. It is secured with an electric cover. There is a small submerged beach area for children.
Two bedrooms have a terrace, one of them with a beautiful view of the golf course.
In the living room, we have a grand piano available for amateurs to use.
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac, in the very quiet villa neighborhood. The immediate surroundings are perfect for relaxation after a day outdoors. Easy and free parking in front of the house. Access to the beach is 5 minutes by car, or 15 minutes by bike.

This is our main residence, and we do not rent for parties or events. The house can accommodate no more than 6 people, and we rent for a minimum of 7 days.
